Light, sweet and bright; this coffee leaves a smooth-mouth feel.  A clean cup with caramel, cocoa, lemon, and toffee notes.  Crisp brightness.

Altitude Range: 1550-1800 masl

Guatemala accounts for 2.5% of the world's total coffee production, and this particular coffee comes from the Antigua region.  What's unique about this area is that the farms in the Antigua valley are surrounded by three volcanoes, one of which still erupts occasionally!  But the farmers welcome this, because Fuego Volcano spews out mineral rich ash that keeps the soil moist and contributes to the coffee development.

This coffee is one of my all time favorites! Very clean and not a lot of after taste. It was exactly as described and I made another order for my family! Highly recommended!

WOW! What a great sipping coffee!!!

I found this roast to be excellent. My beans were perfectly light-roasted.

While perhaps not my first pick as a breakfast coffee, I really enjoyed this as an afternoon sipper.

The body is light and somewhat buttery with just a fair bit of acidity to help bring out the complex floral notes. Very clean on the pallate, with a bright and almost buttery aftertaste that lingers just long enough to make you crave the next sip.

This coffee is delicate yet complex and will not disappoint.
