Ethiopia is the birthplace of coffee and some of the most unique coffee in the world still originates from here. Specifically, this origin produces coffees that are known for their floral / fruity flavors, and citric acidity. The majority of farmers (called smallholders) grow their coffee on land that's less than 1 hectare (about 2.5 acres).
